GRE-GFP報告基因是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測glucocorticoid receptor轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。GR(glucocorticoid receptor)調(diào)控的糖皮質(zhì)類固醇是強有力的**介質(zhì),并對心血管、新陳代謝、**和體內(nèi)平衡功能進行調(diào)節(jié)或維持。
GRE-GFP報告基因主要應(yīng)用于糖皮質(zhì)**介導的信號途徑(glucocorticoid-mediated signaling pathway)的激活水平研究、**研究以及基因過表達和RNAi表型分析等。
pGMGRE-GFP是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體,在其多克隆位點插入了多個GR結(jié)合位點,可以高效地檢測GR的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因,更便于后續(xù)的檢測。同時,對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點進行了適當?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外,由于質(zhì)粒體積減小,使得GRE-GFP報告基因更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。GRE GFP Reporter Plasmid(GRE-GFP報告基因質(zhì)粒)
