p53-GFP報告基因是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測p53轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。p53是一個重要的**基因使癌細胞**，防止癌變；還具有幫助細胞基因修復缺陷的功能。
P53-GFP報告基因主要用于檢測細胞中p53信號通路、**研究以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMp53-GFP是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個p53結合位點，可以高效地檢測p53的激活水平。由于載體采用了GFP作為報告基因，更便于后續(xù)的檢測。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當?shù)耐蛔?，增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。另外，由于質粒體積減小，使得p53-GFP報告基因更易于轉染。p53 GFP Reporter Plasmid p53-GFP報告基因質粒
