AAT-Promoter熒光素酶報告基因（報告基因質(zhì)粒）（AAT-Promoter luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測AAT-Promoter轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。AAT(alpha 1-Antitrypsin或alpha-1 antiproteinase，也簡稱為A1AT)，又稱serine peptidase inhibitor,cladeA,member 1或serine proteinase inhibitor,cladeA,member 1(簡稱SERPINA1)，是一種可以被分泌到細胞外的絲氨酸蛋白酶抑制劑，可以抑制elastase、plasmin、thrombin、trypsin和chymotrypsin等。AAT基因缺陷時會導致肺氣腫(emphysema)或肝臟**等。
