ARE熒光素酶報(bào)告基因(報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒)(ARE luciferase reporter plasimd是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測(cè)ARE轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。ARE(antioxidant response element) Nrf2NRF1轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合,調(diào)節(jié)參與保護(hù)細(xì)胞免受氧化損傷的相關(guān)基因。

ARE報(bào)告基因主要應(yīng)用于檢測(cè)細(xì)胞的抗氧化水平或氧化應(yīng)激狀態(tài)、**研究以及基因過(guò)表達(dá)和RNAi的表型分析等。
