E2F luciferase reporter plasmid （E2F-Luc熒光素酶報告基因質(zhì)粒）用于檢測E2F轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。E2F轉(zhuǎn)錄因子在細胞周期調(diào)控中其重要的作用。E2F luciferase reporter plasmid （E2F-Luc熒光素酶報告基因質(zhì)粒）研究證明，E2F-1對細胞的生長具有雙向調(diào)節(jié)作用，可以調(diào)節(jié)細胞的增殖和凋亡。因此，E2F與腫瘤發(fā)生、細胞凋亡、腫瘤抑制等均有密切關(guān)系。

E2F報告基因主要用于檢測細胞中E2F調(diào)控的信號通路活性、**研究以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。

pGME2F-Lu是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個E2F結(jié)合位點，可以高靈敏度地檢測E2F的激活水平。同時，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點進行了適當?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得E2F報告基因更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。E2F luciferase reporter plasmid （E2F-Luc熒光素酶報告基因質(zhì)粒）
