MEF3-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒（MEF3 luciferase reporter plasmid）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測MEF3(myocyte enhancer factor 3)轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。
MEF3-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒主要應(yīng)用于Myocyte Enhancer Factor 3信號通路、**研究、相關(guān)基因的調(diào)控和功能的研究。
pGMMEF3-Lu是改造后的哺乳動(dòng)物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)MEF3結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，可以高靈敏度地檢測MEF3的激活水平。同時(shí)，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔?，增加了質(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得MEF3報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。MEF3 Luciferase Reporter Plasmid MEF3-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒

冰袋（wet ice）運(yùn)輸。收到產(chǎn)品后放到-20 oC保存。
使用說明
pGMMEF3-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進(jìn)行檢測。
