GATA-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因（報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒）（GATA luciferase reporter plasmid）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測(cè)GATA轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。GATA(globin transcription factor)轉(zhuǎn)錄因子家族包括6鋅指結(jié)合蛋白調(diào)控細(xì)胞的增殖和分化。GATA家族成員涉及造血、心臟和消化道的發(fā)育。

GATA報(bào)告基因是用于檢測(cè)細(xì)胞中球蛋白轉(zhuǎn)錄因子家族的活性、**研究以及基因過(guò)表達(dá)和RNAi的表型分析等。

pGMGATA-Lu是改造后的哺乳動(dòng)物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)GATA結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，可以高靈敏度地檢測(cè)GATA的激活水平。同時(shí)，對(duì)載體中預(yù)測(cè)出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得GATA報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。GATA luciferase reporter plasmid （GATA-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒）

使用說(shuō)明

pGMGATA-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞。用熒光素酶檢測(cè)試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測(cè)試劑盒進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。
