產(chǎn)品描述

MEF2熒光素酶報(bào)告基因（報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒）（MEF2 luciferase reporter plasimd）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測MEF2轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。MEF2(myocyte enhancer factor-2)基因家族包括MEF2A、MEF2B、MEF2C和MEF2D等4個(gè)成員。MEF2通過控制基因的表達(dá)對(duì)細(xì)胞分化進(jìn)行調(diào)控，同時(shí)MEF2在胚胎發(fā)育中也有著重要的作用。

MEF2報(bào)告基因主要用于檢測細(xì)胞中MEF2的轉(zhuǎn)錄活性、**研究以及基因過表達(dá)和RNAi的表型分析等。

pGMMEF2-Lu是改造后的哺乳動(dòng)物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)MEF2結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，可以高靈敏度地檢測MEF2的激活水平。同時(shí)，對(duì)載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔?，增加了質(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得MEF2報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。MEF2 luciferase reporter plasmid （MEF2-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒）

使用說明
