RBP-JK-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因(報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒)(RBP-JK luciferase reporter plasmid)是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測(cè)RBP-JK轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。RBP-JK蛋白(CSL/CBF1/Su (H)/Lag1)是一種對(duì)Notch信號(hào)通路下游進(jìn)行調(diào)控的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子。
RBP-JK報(bào)告基因主要用于檢測(cè)細(xì)胞中Notch信號(hào)通路的活性、**研究以及基因過(guò)表達(dá)和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMRBP-JK-Lu是改造后的哺乳動(dòng)物真核表達(dá)載體,在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)RBP-JK結(jié)合位點(diǎn),可以高靈敏度地檢測(cè)RBP-JK的激活水平。同時(shí),對(duì)載體中預(yù)測(cè)出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔?,增加了質(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。由于質(zhì)粒體積減小,使得RBP-JK報(bào)告基因更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。RBP-JK luciferase reporter plasmid (RBP-JK螢火蟲熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒)

使用說(shuō)明
