SP1-Luc熒光素酶報告基因（報告基因質粒）（SP1 luciferase reporter plasmid）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測SP1轉錄活性水平為目的的報告基因。SP1(specificity protein 1)是一種富含谷氨酰胺的轉錄因子，它能和GC盒相結合影響轉錄。

SP1報告基因主要是檢測SP1在細胞中的轉錄活性、**研究以及基因過表達和RNAi的表型分析等。

pGMSP1-Lu是改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載，在其多克隆位點插入了多個SP1結合位點，可以高靈敏度地檢測SP1的激活水平。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉錄因子以外的結合位點進行了適當的突變，增加了質粒的轉錄因子結合特異性。由于質粒體積減小，使得SP1報告基因質粒更易于轉染。SP1 luciferase reporter plasmid （SP1螢火蟲熒光素酶報告基因質粒）

使用說明

1. pGMSP1-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉染方法轉染哺乳動物細胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進行檢測。
