產(chǎn)品描述
Sox2-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因（報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒）（Sox2 luciferase reporter plasmid）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測Sox2轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。Sox2基因在核重編和誘導(dǎo)多功能干細(xì)胞（ipsc）方面有重要的作用。Sox2基因包括DNA結(jié)合的HMG box和攜帶Oct4的復(fù)合體，目的是維持多能性。
Sox2報(bào)告基因主要用于檢測細(xì)胞中Sox2轉(zhuǎn)錄因子的轉(zhuǎn)錄活性、**研究以及基因過表達(dá)和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMSox2-Lu是改造后的哺乳動(dòng)物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)Sox2結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，可以高靈敏度地檢測Sox2的激活水平。同時(shí)，對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔?，增加了質(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得Sox2報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。Sox2 luciferase reporter plasmid （Sox2 螢火蟲熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒)

使用說明
1. pGMSox2-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進(jìn)行檢測。
