產(chǎn)品描述
NF-κB-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒（NF-κB luciferase reporter plasmid）是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測(cè)NF-κB轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。NF-κB基因在炎癥反應(yīng)、**應(yīng)答和抑制細(xì)胞凋亡等方面有著重要的作用。
NF-κB熒光素酶報(bào)告基因（報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒）主要應(yīng)用于NF-κB信號(hào)通路的研究和基于NF-κB信號(hào)通路的**研究以及癌細(xì)胞中NF-κB的調(diào)控機(jī)制的研究。
pGMNF-ΚB-Lu是改造后的哺乳動(dòng)物真核表達(dá)載體，在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)NF-κB結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，可以高靈敏度地檢測(cè)NF-κB的激活水平。同時(shí)，對(duì)載體中預(yù)測(cè)出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔?，增加了質(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得NF-κB報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。NF-κB luciferase reporter plasmid （NF-κB螢火蟲熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒）

使用說(shuō)明
1. pGMNF-Κb-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞。用熒光素酶檢測(cè)試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測(cè)試劑盒進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。
2. TNF-α、IL-1β和LPS等是常見的NF-κB激活劑，可作為NF-κB報(bào)告基因的陽(yáng)性對(duì)照。
