Comments: Animals were immunized with a crude preparation of rat lung ACE with incomplete Freund's adjuvant.
Spleen cells were fused with P3-NSI/1-Ag4/1 myeloma cells.
The antibody reacts with purified ACE and endothelial cells of mouse, bovine and human origin.
The antibody can be used to isolate endothelial cells from the above species.
