Comments: Animals were immunized with cells of the TK1 murine T cell lymphoma.
Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells.
The antibody reacts with the mouse lymphocyte mucosal homing receptor.
It is specific for mouse alpha 4, beta 7 heterodimers, and can induce alpha 4, beta 7 dependent lymphocyte aggregation.
The antibody inhibits alpha 4, beta 7 mediated adhesion activities including binding to MAdCAM-1, and alpha 4, beta 7 dependent VCAM-1 and fibronectin binding.
DATK32 is useful in flow cytometry methods using sensitive second stage reagents, but is ineffective in immunohistological staining.

Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. DATK32細(xì)胞Start cultures at 2 X 10 exp5 cells/ml and maintain between 1 X 10 exp5 and 1 X 10 exp6 cells/ml.
