Comments: YB2/0 [YB2/3HL.P2.G11.16Ag.20]細(xì)胞This line was produced by fusing Y3/Ag1.2.3 (ATCC CRL-1631) cells with spleen cells from an AO strain rat.
The cells do not secrete either heavy or light immunoglobulin chains.
The cells are resistant to 8-azaguanine, are HAT sensitive and can be used as a fusion partner for rat B cells to make rat - rat hybridomas.
Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox).
Propagation: ATCC complete growth medium: The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium, Catalog No. 30-2002. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%.
