Propagation: Sp2/01-Ag細胞ATCC complete growth medium: The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium, Catalog No. 30-2005. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 20%.

Atmosphere: air, 95%; carbon dioxide (CO2), 5%

Temperature: 37.0°C

Growth Conditions: It is recommended that the cells be cultured in the presence of mouse peritoneal macrophages.

Subculturing: Protocol: Sp2/01-Ag細胞Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Start cultures at 2 X 10(5) cells/ml and maintain between 1 X 10(5) and 1 X 10(6) cells/ml.

Medium Renewal: Every 3 to 4 days
