Comments: BDCM細胞BDCM is a B cell line established from a pheresis sample from a patient with M5a leukemia. In addition to B cell markers, the cells have many characteristics of dendritic cells. Cells may be useful in modeling immune reactions. The cells are positive for Epstein-barr virus (EBV). They produce fascin, interleukin 1 alpha (IL-1 alpha), interleukin 2 (IL-2), interleukin 6 (IL-6), interleukin 16 (IL-16), transforming growth factor beta1 (TGF beta1), and tumor necrosis factor (TNF).
Propagation: ATCC complete growth medium: The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated RPMI-1640 Medium, Catalog No. 30-2001. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%.
