Applications: R187細(xì)胞Animals were immunized with spleen focus forming virus (SFFV) infected nonproducer normal rat kidney (NRK) cells in complete Freund's adjuvant.
The antibody immunoprecipitates p30, binds efficiently to S. aureus protein A, and works well in Western blotting assays for p30.

Propagation: ATCC complete growth medium: The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated RPMI-1640 Medium, Catalog No. 30-2001. To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium:

0.05 mM 2-mercaptoethanol

Subculturing: R187細(xì)胞Protocol: Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Start cultures at 2 X 10(5) cells/ml and maintain between 1 X 10(5) and 1 X 10(6) cells/ml.
