儲(chǔ) 存 液0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.

保存條件Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

一抗是與底物相結(jié)合的，同時(shí)一抗必須有抗原識(shí)別位點(diǎn)，能被另一種抗體識(shí)別并結(jié)合。

二抗是能與一抗的抗原識(shí)別位點(diǎn)識(shí)別并結(jié)合，同時(shí)，二抗必須有可以觀(guān)測(cè)、計(jì)量的性質(zhì)。

這些性質(zhì)可以是：

①二抗本身帶有顏色，可以通過(guò)分光度儀檢測(cè)到二抗的濃度；

②二抗還可以作為一種酶，催化另一種底物，通過(guò)檢測(cè)底物或者生成物的濃度檢測(cè)出二抗的濃度；等等……有很多，就是說(shuō)必須是可測(cè)量的。

GRO Alpha抗體保存得當(dāng)與否，直接決定了抗體的活性和使用效果！如果抗體保存得當(dāng)，大部分抗體活性都可以維持?jǐn)?shù)月甚至數(shù)年。收到抗體后請(qǐng)務(wù)必在12000rpm離心20-30s后再打開(kāi)管蓋進(jìn)行分裝和保存！抗體使用非常特殊的儲(chǔ)存管，只有在12000rpm離心20-30s才能將附著在管壁或蓋內(nèi)的抗體全部離心下來(lái)。即使是在10000rpm離心也會(huì)導(dǎo)致離心不完全，導(dǎo)致出現(xiàn)抗體的量不足的現(xiàn)象！
